FUCKED UP- Dose Your Dreams - 2XCD - MERGE RECORDS

click to enlarge The successor to their "David Comes To Life" album from 2011. An ambitious opus composed of 18 tracks, which supposedly reflect the 18 chapters of James Joyce "Ulysses"... It may be too ambitious and almost pretentious comparing yourself to the legendary writer? But what you get here is a Hardcore rock-opera, massively produced with tons of overdubs, dipping into elements of many other genres, using strings, horns, electronic beats, and more. Thus avoiding any easy categorization and being a non-conventional revue.
