 First full album (10 songs) by this one-wonderwoman-band from Vienna. A shamanistic pop-album drawing sounds from lo-fi garage, sci-fi trash and tribalistic rhythms. As "retro" as this may seem, it's completely the opposite, creating a whole new world of her own with individual expressions! The only comparison that comes to my mind is the very first JULIE RUIN (Kathleen Hanna) album, but Ana Threat is performing in her own universe here.

Pulling influences from all styles, "The Fool" offers another collection of 12 songs, expanding the BRUCH spectrum, but nonetheless maintaining its coherent sound. Synth-Pop at its best, even though this categorization seems somewhat insufficient...
